Yeah, I didn't mean I could literally climb a mountain right then.
I felt like I could for 2~ hours until the intense pain of an internal hematoma made itself known. Then all idea of mountain climbing fled and I was concentrating on not yelling like a banshee.
However, it is a good idea to work muscles as soon as you can after labor. That is the advice given here and from my experience. Being able to get out for walks is very nice and helps with the recovery process.

I'm trying to think of a good reason not to build a medieval town on some long searched for legit lil' piece of topography, & I can't think of one (in minecraft, sry). I need a new game... it's hard to get used to. at least they fixed that lag, that ***was ridiculous. being old blows too, I find that my kill to death ratio is highly dependent on how well rested I am now. starts at 1.1 - 1.2 or so, and slowly falls to .6 - .5 over the course of the night.
god damned teenagers & their lack of anything to do & ample amounts of energy! YOUTH IS WASTED ON THE YOUNG!!!
