Don't listen to the hoppy about an opinion on XIV... she got to level 15 or something like 5 months ago before real life caught up to her lol. Did you ever make it into a dungeon Z? Plus she's drunk.
I felt the tremor Nik. /applause I don't think ilv really erases the need for any kind of skill in XIV. It definitely makes things easier, as it should, but people still have issues with fights like HM titan even in the 80's. Same with coils. Babies. I have nothing to add to this. It was another one of my holidays tyvm. Still not feeling 100%.

Making new characters on ff14 is really fun.
As well as tiring. Had a 1.0BLM (class that turns into BLM, forgot the name) guy spam Fire 2 in Satsasha (while I'm tanking) and he was bitching that I wasn't Flashing enough. (I got tired of going OOM to try covering for him.) Told him to stop, he's like "Well it's only a lv15 dungeon" and I'm like "That's the *** point, you'll get kicked if you keep this ***up especially in end game." Then he goes "I beat Coil." and I go to myself "good for you, go *** do coil on your lv 16-20 1.0BLM *** idiot." When i told my FC, they go "should have let him tank then and then rub it in his face that it's only a level 15 dungeon." It was tempting. The same run, the Arcanist (aka SMN/SCH 1.0) auto-runned into a group of pirates while I was typing something to the idiotBLM. I let him die cuz he pulled like half the damn place.
