Are people in XIV still screaming to nerf BRD?
I decided to play a Scholar through most of the endgame content (barring coil) but the amount of DPS rage about BRD is amusing when you think back to XI.

BRD getting a nerf? Pft. People crying about it probably haven't played it. If it was consistent burst damage, I could see it nerfed hard. But meh!

lol another nice thing about bard is that you don't have any positional damage... I know mnks and dragoons have to be on the side or behind the mod for some to maximize dmg... bard can even move while attacking... that mobility is really nice... only thing that sucks about ballad is that you get a damage reduction penalty while its up...

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy running around in circles pew pewing things... and there have been several instances that was the key to success. Like when the dps kills too many tonberries in WP and the tank gets hammered....there I go running around in a circle kiting the *** with venomous bite...pew pew pew pew pew pew pew pew

And there were other losses as well... Urial was lured through the portal to Narnia and Row became so obsessed with wedding planning that he changed his name to Rowina and started a small flower shop that caters to brides... which is just as well. Everyone had tired of his blathering and his comrades planned his death...
Time moved on across the barren landscape...Megiddo had fallen which left only one adversary standing between Dameshi and immortality.
The God King Dameshi was now without his left and right hand men, but he marched his troops ever onward towards his destiny and the final battle[/s] with the beast, To Mega Therion...
year after painful year we wait for word from our beloved king... everyday the feast is prepared for his return yet no word has crossed the sands of time nor the sight of his banners and standards waving triumphantly in the winds from the distance....
perhaps like gehngis khan, he will one day tire of conquering palaces filled with virgins and gold and return to us with tales of glory...
in the meantime I highly recommend the fire roasted lamb. <chomping sounds> <mouth full> it's really quite excellent

celtic frost are some weird dudes...I think they are swiss or something. but they kinda have the same "the whole album is one long story" thing like King Diamond, Pink Floyd and The Who have done, which I like.
the album To Mega Therion is the perfect epic conquest across the desert sands music... they have these great bits... like I love that whole "The Usurper's tears guide my sword"
