Something tanky. I usually do something like Merc treads, black cleaver, warmogs, iceborn gauntlet, spirit visage and last item will depend on what I need more of/possibly Hydra.

I go frozen mallet, infinity edge, ravenous hydra, uuuuhhhhh. blade of ruined king then some defensive, depending on whats hurting the most.

Doing something like boots > Giants belt > Brutalizer into Black cleaver is usually really nice. Or if you're already dominating your lane switching the brutilizer and giant's belt works just as well.

Dodge the Infinity Edge. It doesn't synergize with Darius very well. Try going Frozen Mallet -> Hydra -> defense item -> BotRK -> defense item.
Also, if LoL is starting to wear on you, try playing different champs. There really is a play-style for everyone.

Mallet is good on Darius, it's just that it's not as good as it used to be. It does double as a defense item/utility though, making you harder to take down, and will fuel your defense items well with a good chunk of HP.
