I would walk to work if I didn't have to cross a highway and people weren't total morons around here. Don't much feel like becoming roadkill :/
People and cars are ridiculously stupid. You have to pretty much assume nobody sees you, ever. Crosswalks are dangerous. Jaywalk that shiz when nobody is coming. lol The morning wouldn't be bad since I start at 9, but the afternoon would be awful :/

not only do you get railed by traffic... but then you gotta fill up with gas lol... Yea that's never fun. Especially since gas is getting close to $4.... Depending on your car....a hour isnt bad.... but it would add up I think its already 4.59-4.65 here...

Yeah, so I totally didn't believe people when they said ATL traffic was worse then LA. I bought a house a bit further outside of ATL then most, which makes for a total RAGE drive if I have to sit in traffic at all! The funniest part is, I only live 26 miles from work if I go all back roads, but the highway is ~38 and can take up to 2 hours.
If I had to do it all over again, I would have probably bought much closer to the office, but then I would probably be in a condo in the city instead of having a house with a back yard on the end of a cul-de-sac for the little one.
And Flavin ~ yes, he is 6 years old. I would like to hope that some day he will sleep in, but if he is anything like my father, he will be a forever early bird. And even on the rare chance that he does sleep in, I'm usually still up by 7:30-8, just because I'm used to it by now. /makes a note to never visit Atlanta

Interstates in atl aren't "too" bad as long as you dont get caught in the peak times of traffic which normally.... 7am-8am and 3pm-5pm
That's cutting hairs yea but it also depends what side of the interstate you goin... I-75 for example Is only "truly" bad northbound in the morning...and southbound in the evening.
That's also when u learn those backroads....which may or may not be more time consuming then the interstate lol

Morning! What are we talking about? Traffic? lol Traffic has no time period for Atlanta.....it's just worse at certain periods of time....if you work up in Atlanta....it's not wise to drive of to go get some lunch......noon time is bad too for downtown lol.

Like most linkshells, it can be pretty dead at times. Other times it's full of intense conversations about either rl, gear, goals, pokemon or anything else you want to contribute.
We can cover any sort of topic at all, within reason of the forum rules. No real main topic, just a bunch of FFXIAH friends/people coming on and discussing random things.

Alyria is the most social female, gets groped a lot without provoking it by others, and Tairo ends up stabbing people for it. Cai is just a barrel of lols, I might be gay for him. If I wasn't straight.
Not sure about Citag, s/he's new. Kiriyu is just an in-out kinda person. Says one thing every three days that every guy makes a big fuss over. Ludoggy gets really defensive since she's asian and underage (might be 18 now).
Artem is the wayward soul that makes you ponder the meaning of life by constantly reminding us life can suck. But he deals, and so do we. About the same for Savannah, except people are more "AWH!" to her because of a vagina involved.
Dasva is the ex military man (as is Krizz but this doesn't apply to him) who hates the world and plots a way to destroy most of it.
Number2 is kinda like a mix between Cai and I; never bashes, likes to laugh and has odd avatars. His current suits a lot of the convos this LS gets into. Barti is most well known for his moustache. He gives mousatche rides for a fee. I'm missing a few people but whatever. CARRY ON!
