I usually don't like adding people I don't know in person, but I was drunk lol Worst case scenario I just delete them
It's really nice here. Right now I'm near the beach, but I haven't been yet. These are all man made islands, so there's a bunch or rivers around too. I was told not to swim in them because there are sharks and once in a while people die there :/ I've been watching the river pretty closely because I want to see a shark.
I just went to get wifi and a phone yesterday. It seems pretty touristy right here, so I'm not the unique Canadian snowflake I wanted to be lol or not yet
I'm excited to find a house to rent with a couple guys I've met on the plane and who are going to university here
I've met a lot of people I'd still like to meet
One major downside is everything is so expensive. The exchange rate is brutal too.

Meh, not terrible. Toronto to LA was on a crappy American Airlines plane, but it was only 5 hours or so. The Qantas flight was much better. More leg room, and I even had an empty seat beside me. They have TV's in the back of the seats which had a lot of movies, TV shows, and games. Didn't sleep much but they helped to pass the time.

I...try to stay away from the villes... I think I was addicted to cityville for about a week before I realized how crappy of a game it was. Still not proud of that at all.
