That being said...as a general statement, I would like to share this with everyone for future referrance. Not everyone joins the military to be a hero. Or to make a difference. Or because we believe our country is right. In fact, I have met more people here who lack all those qualities than those who do. We might be bored. We might need self-dicipline. We might crave battle. Or maybe we just want something to do, without having to go look. Something that interests us.
I do not believe our country is always right. But I do not think we are wrong. It just is, and shall be because I chose this path. I like the idea of being a part of something big. I like easy money. I like easy work. I like the idea of me being an AWACS since I can't be a pilot. Oh yes, life is good. Because I made it good. We make our own paths, and sadly people tend to forget that.
