I stand corrected, I meant fructose, not sucrose, and lipids too, which are fatty acids. Sperm need these to live, and therefore the formation of new ones, require these substance to be retained, more so than if you didn't ejaculate.
Also normal sex is defined in this assertion as 45-60min of vigorous activity, versus 3-5 min of holding your erect penis in your hand.

If normal respiration cause x calories to be burnt, but said activity causes y calories to be retained, than the net calorie gain is positive rather than negative.
So...those calories are going to the production of creating more instead of being stored as fat/energy in your beerbelly?

If you jerked off then went and jogged a mile you'd be fine and burn off calories.
But that's not what happens, is it?
