Most girls like to just have the guy take them somewhere without having to ask "So where ya wanna go?" cause the answer is always "I don't know."
If you learn what she likes or know she would have fun in a place, take her. Of course there are some things that make the situation change, such as what she is wearing and feeling, etc.
If a girl is more in comfy clothes meaning jeans, sneakers, casual nice shirt; she will probably enjoy things like bowling, etc. that give her the fun and relax feel.
If a girl is dressed up in a nice shirt, maybe heels or dress boots, skirt/slacks, or a dress. She probably won't want to go bowling, so maybe a dinner and a movie, or even some place she can show off her pretty outfit.
Plenty of senarios. Just gotta learn all the hints and be aware of the surrounding.

Well for date scenarios, it's always good if a guy knows where to probably go.
If it's the girl that wants to go out when you are home, then she should know where to go.
So I was looking through my suggested friends on facebook. One of them was actually a neighbor growing up. I'm FB friends with her daughter. She's friends with one of the other neighbors. Neither of them are FB friends with their children .

:/ If you ask a girl on a date, you are asking to go out duh. If you make plans to go out, you should know where to go and a girl would maybe (depends on situation).
So if you think the girl is usually the one who wants to go out in the first place, then you shouldn't worrying of getting a gf. Girls like to go out sometimes, it's natural and keeps her interested in you than being always stuck in the house watching you play video games or being bored at home.
