History channel documentaries work well for me, but like you said sometimes they're really interesting and capture my focus out of genuine interest and I end up watching the whole damn thing.

I watched God in America that was on PBS to try and fall asleep one night. Started at 10. I was up until 4 am when all 6 parts were done. I really enjoyed it, but *** hell was I tired the next day.

But can make some unique files of your own with TTS software for when sneak/invis are about to wear off or whatever.
