If you have capped evasion and merits on top of that there is no need to bother with as much evasion unless it's a dangerous mob with a high accuracy stat. I ended up just fulltiming Rap harness and turban for the most part because I had high enough evasion from the other pieces.

From what I recall, it's not uncommon for hispanic families to all live together in one household for prolonged or indefinite periods of time. Kind of a cultural thing I guess.
It shouldn't be mistaken for mooching or inability to live independently though. More of a family bond and support kinda thing.
