If your under age for drinking then I'd suggest taking her to nice restaurant and find out if there is any interesting movies out she may like. Or if their some sort of festival going on near you, or hell just take the girl on nice walk on the beach (assuming you live near one that is). That gives you nice scenery, and opportunity talk bout things. Just relax and don't think too hard on what you have to say. If your struggling then she'll think your either not comfortable around her, or she'll just feel awkward herself.
