Is there any good camp to solo the 200 flans required as thief? I tried in Halvung at lvl 81 but they hit pretty hard.

Abyssea- Konschtat on the appropriate day. Should be able to kill 60-100 in a single game day.

Other than that I think you're stuck in the ToAU areas.
