I've only done the skinning portion in the past on an indie project.

Thanks! :D Yup! I modeled it all and textured it :) Its not my area though, I specialise in animation, but those were projects for college where we had to do everything, It was a bit much :/

This is actually the project finished, it was my 2nd year project(now in 3rd)

Yea! It's a drawing challenge that a lot of people take part in every year.

Just about everyone creates their own list though, or just wings it and draws whatever they want each day. It just has to be in Ink. The Idea is centered around self progression and having fun etc.

I was going to wing it, but after drawing my first two I think I'll do FFXI stuff the whole month. Who knows :3

I have this cheap combo ( black / red / 0.5 mechanical pencil ) that I picked up at Daiso ( Them japanese discount stores ). that and bic are fun for ink sketching I think, I like bics due to being able to get light hatching ( Hate the ink globs, have to clean the tip every so often ). The one I have is a cross between a jelly roller and a bic. its nice for writing but have to really skim the paper to get light etching.
