My play hours have shifted again, and I now mostly play between 10am-6pm (as late as 8pm) weekdays only, pacific time. Anyone know of a shell they could point me to that's active during that time? I'm looking to do typical endgame stuff like delve, wildskeeper, salvage (I or II), etc.

Those are tough hours for sure. Aren't those EU hours? If they are, I'm not sure we still have an active EU shell on this server.
