Looking For Noob Friendly Endgame Linkshell.

So I've never done anything really in this game past fail at farming and stuff. At the moment, the biggest accomplishments I've accomplished are killing Nidhogg, running The Hills are Alive KSNM, and leeching zone boss wins in Abyssea, so as you can tell, I really haven't done much.

Right now the only jobs I have leveled up are Monk and Beastmaster. My monk is semi gimped, I mean, my gear isn't god aweful, just aweful enough for you to shrug and think bad things about me. My beast is lolbeast.

Basicly I want a noob friendly endgame linkshell so I can try to learn ***, because I'm not getting anything accomplished as it stands right now.

TLDR: I suck, want to learn, post linkshell website.
