One more question; one of the guys has SoA info in his AltanaViewer, I don't have any info after VW was added, how do I update?

I'm so glad I cancelled my order with them and bought from amazon.com instead, download was available exactly at 12am PDT and no problems at all.
So how's this supposed to work? I ordered from the square enix store and got the email this morning, I added my code to my account services and it says I have SoA enabled on my account now.
Do I download the files for everything through the update today or am I supposed to get a link to the files to download?

So i'm in the same boat with most people who ordered from the SE store. I log into my bank account and find out that the money wasn't taken even though i got a confirmation text and email from SE + order number saying it was paid for 2 weeks ago. Should I just go to amazon and purchase it?
Also on a side note, not sure if anyone else did.
I pre-ordered a digital PC copy of the game from gamestop, I redeemed my copy last night (paid and got my code when i picked up Bioshock), downloaded teh whole app thing, and it has my product key, but its 6 sets of number than 5, and it still isn't available to download (as of 7:30 AM est)

Whats DR? Must be early but whats that? Also great link in this thread for the expansion. Took 5 minutes tops to download the expansion and install it.
Just what SE needs...poor representation at an expansion release when the Debbie Downers are already all "SE is failing so hard".

POL Update shows the maintenance that was initially scheduled for today has been delayed until tomorrow, 03/27/13 from 3-6(PDT) and that the Adoulin content will not be available until then. Bummer.

If it makes the people who haven't gotten their codes yet feel any better, I got mine for the ultimate seekers collection. When I used it under my account, it created a new account with everything registered to it. :/
I'm pleasantly surprised I was able to download, install, and register without any issues. Way to go so far, SE. Now, I just pray the version update goes smoothly. This is where you show us whether you have your act together or not. I'm keeping my expectations low considering how poorly their update server has been known to perform in the past.
I think you clicked the wrong option, although to be honest it's not terribly clear. I don't know why they're so obtuse. Why can't they just have a button that says "CLICK HERE TO REGISTER GAME AND EXPANSION CODES" instead of "Add a Service Account." That's not intuitive. It's not even a case of Engrish. It doesn't make sense to anyone but them.

I got mine from Amazon, Downloaded, Installed, and registered, even though I got the "Not Registered" thing upon logging in. I'd assume it's because the expansion hasn't gone live yet.

I bought the expansion through Amazon and i gotta say, it was breeze, the entire process (including the update patch from FFXI itself i downloaded/installed just now) took less than half an hour, what a relief to get that outta the way so painlessly (big patch days RARELY are anything but smooth sailing for me). I def recommend buying the expansion via amazon.com to anyone that hasnt done so yet.
Forgot to mention, the register keys are very ease to find/locate, unlike what im hearing if you buy it directly from SE.

I got mine through Amazon as well, and it was really smooth. The only issue that I had was getting an "expansion data not installed" warning after I installed and registered the codes last night. I haven't checked today yet, so hopefully that's fixed.
