I know some of you like may Xiahou Dun card, 62198785 is selling fresh for 3 TE, can prolly talk them to 2 TE, maybe 2 TE and a potion. He's supposed to be one of the better 4* with his damage and speed. Plus he's gangster. Plus he looks like he has a giant dangly wang. You can't go wrong.

I was just dinking around in the trade forums, some people actually seem willing to sell TE for 1m or so. Prolly harder to come by those people than anyone else, but it's worth a chance to look.
