Sadly looks like a widespread issue with Mobage right now. Lots of their games are broken for login. My advice is not to update yet with the "bug fixes" unless you want to be locked out due to this bug. :O
Any idea if wiping the app and re-installing will cause me any unnecessary headaches?
My game is running fine. But whats weird, I didnt have to update my app nor did my icon change and ive been playing all morning. I play on an android if that makes any difference.

Doh, yeah, further digging indicates it's an iOS issue.

if you're on the iphone and you're up to date on ios updates, you probably avoided the issue completely.
hahaha so a webpage just froze on my phone and turned the whole screen white and I noticed there is fantasica screen burn on my phone now lol. Its barely visible but I can make out the deploy units and deploy ally buttons at the bottom of the screen. Other than when the screen is completely white though you cant even see it.
I'm on iPhone and haven't had any issues this morning but I heard some people hadn't been able to log-in. My did a restore recently though so my phone is updated to hell.
I'm on an Android.

I often fall asleep with the game on and when I do FFXI stuff I leave the game on so my ally timer stays active. I woke up one morning for work and my phone was on the 2-7 screen still and my phone was scalding hot. Thats probably what did it lol

Ya I try to stay active so people dont remove me lol. I try to check and do stuff every so often even if I cant play to keep the timer up and I generally sleep 10PM - 3AM so that is really the most major down time. I usually log on and leave it up while getting ready for work then and play here and there at work when bored.
Im so excited about the event tomorrow!! Cant wait to rage at Hard/Inferno levels! Interested in seeing how much better some of us do now with better units/allies than before. I feel getting to Inferno will be easier this time but beating it... will be fun to see.
Wow tomorrow is already a new event? Guess I am keeping Rosemary as a monster :/

LOL then yep looks like it. On a good note though. Train and get some and just hold them. They dont expire after the event, you just cant trade them (except to Leana's) So you can always save them for the next recruit round and convert them then.
Ah cool guess I will just hang onto them.
oh my god when did they sorta fix the Iphone screen, its not as black bordered anymore......... yay. Easily pleased.

On day 1 of the event I was on the forums trying to get a base price down to sell my sss and I saw a post of someone selling a bulk of 1500+ SSS and like 40 SSL.
Seriously failed Rosemary with 105 stones. Mina's all super positive about it... Lying ***. She trolled me.

Hmmm...best I can offer is I'll give you my full stock of SSS (which adds another 15 or so) or would be willing to do 2P=1TE or something.
Honestly I'd feel like I was screwing you over with that since you can definitely sell them for more TE. I have like a mil luna left I think, and some random 4*s that are half *** leveled, no potions though.
