I would say its an active shell that does everything but focus is on gearing to help with the harder content. We normally just get in groups and keep busy. I personally hate the separation of linkshells. So it's an Active Linkshell and I'll keep it at that. We have a few people in different time zones. Hello Eca how are you doing?

its not a seperation. but from the descriptions this is very much social shell. yes it mgiht be active but you dont have set events or scheduled endgame events

basically the question lies in do you have a set schedule of stuff to do or not if not its social
