None-relic SAM/RNG

Are none-relic SAM/RNG good in any end-game content currently?

Also, can anyone post a basic gear-set so I know what to start with? Thanks

Nurigomeyumi is the strongest not-Yoichi Bow Sam can use it seems.
I'm not really a Sam and I'm sure someone else will come along, but I can't imagine it would be useful for anything in current end game.

Maybe VW if you count that though, for Procs at least. For damage, it's not going to be competitive with TP Bonus + Shoha at all.

Sub seems pretty dead by this point for most things, unless you just can't engage for some reason.

Even the RNG main sub war nowadays. War sub all the way.
