I'm curious as to how you BSTs setup your macros...

I was considering having it like my SMN macros:
First macro set is the different avatars for the ALT keys and I user the CTRL keys for other things.

When you hit the ALT keys they bring you to a different macro book with those specific macros for that avatar.

So do you guys do that same sort of thing with jug pets?

I have a macro set for each of the primary pets, and a hybrid set which I use for Dynamis and other things where I melee. I swap out the macro'd pet abilities if I use a different pet in the hybrid set.

I'll create a macro that looks like this:

/pet "Sheep Charge" <me>
<nothing>
<nothing>
/pet "Spiral Spin" <me>
/pet "Sheep Charge" <me>
/pet "Hoof Volley" <me>

Copy paste the applicable /pet command where needed.

Thanks!

Well that seems simpler than SMN macros. Seems there's less gear swapping (as far as pet commands)? I'm still learning BST and what gear sets are used.

I'm curious, does that clog up the log with "blah blah can't use that command" when you have multiple thing like that? I've never done it that way.

As long as there's a break, the extras won't register in the chat log.

I use spellcast script.
I swap in pet attack/acc/da gear when I use ready moves.
I use aliases to shorthand which pet I summon by typing into the bottom.
ie>
//lulush
//gooey

I use 2 custom trigger macros for all ready/sic moves. One cycles thru the active ready moves for the current pet, the other executes it.
