99 Polearm Choices

OK so I've been looking around but can never find a definite answer to this. I know BY FAR the mythic polearm is the best polearm on the market, that one is just out of my reach.

The two main choices I come down to are Gungnir and the OAT polearm. I would figure that will either I would be using Drakesbane inside Abyssea and Stardiver outside (unless I've been misinformed on that)

I know this question has been asked many times before, and for that I apologize, but I can just never find the definitive answer I'm looking for. If there's is something that beats both of them, let me know. I appreciate any and all help I can get. Thank you.
