How do you pronounce Pso'Xja?
I don't need to worry about how to pronounce it because I have never had to say it...whats wrong with you people!

e.g. Pso-riasis. Pso-mizo
xja is pronounced "jiya" in greek.
e.g.
ma-xja or ma-gīa the word for magic.
The translation of pso'xja I'm now curious because pso = to manage, to act, to perform an action.
I'm stumped on what xja means...

Well... I guess I can close the Greek lexicon! lol The best I was getting with "Xja" is that it was Xja-lon, a city of the Canaanites, located by Israel and Lebanon.

I'm not certain what xja/jiya means either. Is it another contraction of a Western word. Could it be an Asian/Hindi/Urdu word?
Taken in context with the Promathia City of the Ancients storyline, Jiya could be referring to the Asian/Hindi/Urdu meanings: heart, soul, piece of heart. Product Jiya would then refer to archaeological research to restore the heart of the Promathian ancients.
I believe the ancients are the original superhumans of the FFXI world who were cursed by Altana along with the rival goddess Uggalepih. The ancients became the diminutive beastmen known as the Tonberry, Cryptonberry, Vileberry and Kingberry. Since the Tonberry beastmen hold such hatred and rancor toward the Dawn Goddess Altana and her creations, Product Jiya may have been an attempt to restore the hearts of the ancients. I suspect that Prishe may be one of the few ancients spared by Altana's curse.

I've always pronounced it So-jah, but I am guessing that is incorrect.

Ya I was going to mention if none didn't know that "Words Unspoken" is the name of the tune that plays in Pso'Xja
Maybe your on to something.
I just garble it like I was pretending to be klingon.
Simple put, after a lot of opinions from many language professors and some of the most brilliant minds in history, I found out that it is pronounced "That place where you fight Diabolos and always get lost". When translated to English, "*** this place". Finally in Jap, "haha you Americans. We just have GMs tele us where we want".
