...but to be serious, the fact that perle, teal, and aurore sets are basically free and passable armors until you can get the +1 AF3 for your job pretty much drove the nail in the coffin for Cloth and Smithing. HQ abjuration gear /can/ save you in those if you're incredibly lucky to get a +1.
