I have to admit i agree with the earlier poster..
Keep assessing a GM. there will be one.. and you'll know who it is by the way they greet you! they will help, whilst they themselves may say its nothing they can do, just play a bit of a cry tale and how you dont mind if its the 75, its just a lot of hard work to be lost because of a silly action. They should offer to escalate the processs and it should eventually get a response. GL though I read the OP and my jaw dropped. You have my sympathies. ;_;

Still waiting on a SGM, would be nice if I could hear from them before the maintenance. I really don't wanna be that annoying person that bugs gms 24/7, but from reading on here and other forums, people have had both Empyreans and relics restored, so I really don't want to take no for an answer :/ SE support will NOT help you.
they will advise you that restores are completed by GM's only.. so unfortunately its GM calls in game. Called another GM this morning to see what was going on. After being a little persistent/annoying, he told me that the only restorable version is the Lv90 version, and that "If I can restore the lv90 version (which maybe be possible), to the best of my knowledge (from previous experience), you would just have the base level 90 version. You would not be able to upgrade it from there."
Why do I feel like I'm being trolled by gms now? >_> Anyone reading this that had an item restored, where they able to continue trials on them? Think I might try calling a little later and see what I can do about a rollback. |
