With that logic, whm doesn't need it either.
WHM should not be using some of the pieces SCH uses.

Would be nice for a quest to make any piece of gear all jobs, perhaps one time per character as a non-transferable augment. I don't know if they would open this up to weapons though, that could really alter gameplay. I'd see nothing wrong with say Black Belt for all jobs, perhaps just make the quest difficult to complete (make a mythic look quick and easy in comparison). That would probably be the #1 option for gear people would do.

Don't see how Black Belt would make PLD more fun when it doesn't even do anything except let you hold adds in VW easier.
