Hydras get no life on hit benefit.
Asura.Elvaton said: » ok so im having a little trouble with DH i seem to die way too much obviously (too squishy)im kinda just sticking to stacking dex what other kinda stats should i look for? 51 act 1 hell btw DH are glass cannons. Meaning you'll get 1-2 shot by almost everything, but you can 1-2 shot them right back :P It's all about kiting. Anyone else getting a lot of blind invites? Been getting tons last two days. To lazy to check forums or anything just wondering if it's a new RMT scam or something. Sorry if it's anyone from here trying to get help I have just been declining them all. Just seems fishy to me without at least a /tell or something.
As far as DH in hell I haven't had any problem in Act 2. My dps is only like 7k with 12kish health. Traps and slow help me even with my lag. Other than a bad elite/champ combo pack I rarely die. Only annoying thing is having my bat run right into a elite pack without being able to see what stats they have up. Asura.Poupee said: » I hate playing diablo with one of my friends cause he sucks. But I have too cuz I don't want to be mean :( Sounds like when I tried to get my Bf to play Portal 2 with me. I can only play when he's not home cause I dont want him to join. Inferno is supposed to be hard, like really *** hard, that's the whole point of it existing. You don't have to play Inferno you know, and complaining about it being too hard is like turning up the difficulty of a game and then saying it's too hard to enjoy. There are plenty of alternatives as far as things to do in the game if Inferno is a brick wall for you right now. Plenty of side things to look for, achievements, jobs to level, builds to try, and while you are doing that stuff the In-nerf-no patch will be on the way. hold this ***, you actually thinking zombie killing is fun?. as for alternative are you delusional?, the point of an ARPG or RPG is getting the best gear available and where those gear come from?, it is from the god damn inferno. The only issue with inferno really is act II. Cuz a lot of the mobs there gain invincibility like the lacuni jumping or those snake people cloaking. But all the other acts are manageable. my first and only HC character died today. Act 2 Inferno while looking for that guys blood to restore his body :-( Waller + firechains elite pack and a unique that had sentries plus invinc minions ganged up on me at the same time. /ragequit
... yeah right, I bet I'll make another in the next few days <_< Bahamut.Bekisa said: » my first and only HC character died today. What did you name your characters and why? My Wiz is Lillica named after my FFXI character(my first job was BLM), my Barb is Broaclese, and my Monk I just started is Yarizui (named after a character from the series Ben-To). Also have 2 Demon Hunters named Sam and Dean which I haven't played yet. Which Follower do you use? I use the enchantress, charm in Inferno is gross and bonus to armor even when she is KO'd is sweet too. If you could bring in one job class from FFXI which would it be? Dancer obviously :3 What did you name your characters and why?
They are all named Darkakuma original I know. Have used some form of Akuma for all my character in any MMO, RPG, etc for last 10 years or so. Or Ryu but haven't used that name in awhile. Reason for Akuma and or Ryu is the way of life. I always enjoyed working with my body. Joined the Army somewhat for that reason then when I got out started construction/land development. Was also in a fight once a guy was running at me so I turned and double punched him kinda like throwing a fireball. Friends called me Ryu after that constantly joking about it. Which Follower do you use? Depends on the jobs. Last couple days been using the Templar with my DH. Is nice having him rush into a pack then I can pick them off. Also the clutch heal and knockback has saved me a couple times when kiting a elite pack. If you could bring in one job class from FFXI which would it be? Sadly mnk would be my prefer'd choice but yeah that is taken. My other favorites pretty much have spin offs paladin, ranger, so dunno maybe samurai/ninja. What did you name your characters and why?
Mozzy, because I've had that name for like.. 8 or 9 years. Started off as MozzarellaCheese cause I like that cheese, then when everyone started changing their names in CS1.6 I changed mine to "Mozzy4Ever", then Moz, then Mozzy cause that's what people were calling me instead of Moz AND I needed 5+ characters for certain forums :| Which Follower do you use? Enchantress. Charm is hilarious when I solo farm inferno ponies, cause anything charmed will turn and 1 shot anything around it. If you could bring in one job class from FFXI which would it be? Bard, for coop play... I miss FFXI and bard T_T What did you name your characters and why?
My first character was a Monk named "Schiffy" simply because that is my irl nickname. Second character Wiz named "Kirana" for obvious reasons. Which Follower do you use? I used enchantress on Monk, and currently use templar on Wiz. Never tried scoundrel. If you could bring in one job class from FFXI which would it be? THF TH gogogogo. i can farm inferno act one very well now, hardly any deaths, only few elite sets, but act 2 >.> i still die to just about every elite set several times. i have decent gear, it is far from the best though. like 20k dps 35k hp. 10k armor buffed. 300ish resists, i know thats way too low, but i cant get it any higher without sacrificing dps or hp
and What did you name your characters and why? Relleum , is my last name backwards, and it was my original xi name Which Follower do you use? enchantress If you could bring in one job class from FFXI which would it be? blue mage! but i dont know how it would be incorporated into the game >.> Had my first encounter with Rakanoth inferno tonight. He basically teleports to you and you die. No chance to survive make your time. Had to team up with 2 other wizards to stunlock him to death.
Finally got my barb through Act I inferno solo. Did some butcher runs alone to make sure I was doing well enough, was burning through most of it and only dying to bullshitty elites, wasting butcher etc... so I decided to start Act II. Getting mangled by everything, bees destroy me, Lacuni (the big ones) waste me before I ever get a revenge up. Never even made it to an elite pack before I just said *** it and went back to Act I farming.
What did you name your characters and why?
Monk named LeeSin because he's OP. Wizard named Ryze because he's OP. Which Follower do you use? Enchantress on Monk, Templar on everything else. If you could bring in one job class from FFXI which would it be? Ukon What did you name your characters and why?
Blaise - Classified. Which Follower do you use? Templar If you could bring in one job class from FFXI which would it be? None. Maybe SMN Name: Tyetus Why: Started using this name a little over a year ago now and I am keeping it probably.
Follower: I've been almost exclusively using templar but I might use Enchantress (I've seen a lot of monks saying to use her) Bring one job: I dunno lol, hard choice... SMN as karb said would be interesting. |
