im sorry, they making such a big fuzz about a minority of RMTs using an acutally regular in game feature and banning them for that, and then they actually lower the lvl of those chigoes? lol?

and: "Providence" Watcher spoils drop rate increased - considering theres no "Providence" Watcher in game, wont that make the universe explode?

Yeah I used to kill them a lot for weather trials, damn Summoners! Can't believe it was that much of a big deal lol. The recast time reductions will be nice though, they should have had EES give a hate reset for the RNG though.

It will now take less time for the macro palette to display after pushing either the Ctrl or Alt key.

Yay!?..?

It took too long before? o.o?

Didn't it? For me, there's always been a little delay - it's not "bad," but is long enough that I'd hit the full macro before the palette appeared and it didn't work. It just sometimes (always) made me think I finally started breaking keys or something. Maybe it's that.
It's not that it took forever, the .8 seconds isn't a huge deal by itself especially because the macro still goes off even if the menu doesn't show. The problem is that if you stray into a sub menu or something that prevents the macro from working, you don't really know why (maybe you hit the wrong macro, maybe youre paralyzed, etc) until you can see that the macro bar isn't coming up. This could save a second or two for a few of us out there if the change is noticeable.

So we still can't properly store AF2+2 with the Porter Moogle? Awesome.

If they didn't lower the level of the chigoes what else could they have done to fix the issue? I can't really think of any alternative solution other than have the avatar not auto attack after the player has been idle for a certain amount of time.

Considering it's not really an issue, they could have done nothing.

They've never been able (or willing to sort out how) to track augments on items. So, the slip has to accept either the augmented version, or the unaugmented version. And between those two choices, they picked the right one, since the augmented version is the "final" form.

BUT... I don't know why they just didn't got from AF2+2 to AF2+3, given us another slip, and called it good. I guess they were worried about people whining about AF3 not going to +3? I don't know.

Coruscanti fixed?

"The issue wherein the item Coruscanti's attribute "occasionally deal severe damage" would not be applied to the first of a series of standard attacks."

Sounds like the lackluster effect is now slightly more lacklustery.

i hope they add new synthesys recipes to alchemy. only the hexed gear (with an assumed cap of 110) sucks to skill on that, let alone getting the materials.

Well, if the "occasionally" applies to standard attacks there is no reason to call it a show/town weapon anymore.

"Severe damage" is still pretty lackluster even if it's fixed the way I think they fixed it.
