I'm guessing they realized how potent this change was and decided to drop the WSC increase (or whatever it was) that they also had planned- which in all honesty was the right thing to do. Offline

Do some testing ASAP to determine the teir Plumage gives by itself.

Not seeing anything on this. Does anyone know what uses Atramentous Libations and Nectarous Deluge?
Nectarous Deluge 97MP 6 blue magic points to set, and gives beast killer on its own. Yay. Trying to learn the AoE drain spell from dullahans, but they hit like trucks are difficult even with trusts. Plus if I die, I gotta run a long way back to camp in cirdas caverns (gotta go through yorcia weald to the porter thing then run to the next porter to inner court). It's better than going to skirmish on BLU and having to HUNT for a specific mob.

Also im about to do some testing on Libations to see if it's Skill-based or MAB based, hopefully the latter.
Edit: Atra. Libations is based on Blue Magic skill/1 Short AoE and a really long recast timer. Ah, did not know that, but I JUST got the spell anyway from the high level ones in the aforementioned post lol It gives loldefense bonus trait =/ Siren.Kyte said: » Odin.Brocovich said: » did some CDCs and i'd say they do around double damage than before the WS update 8-10k without any buffs on yorcia mobs That is indicative of fTP fully transferring, which was the best case scenario for this update. So, we're looking at gorget/belt/rancorous for CDC now, or is windbuffet+1 still adding more? Why am I getting this when I cast a new spell?
...command error Asura.Highwynn said: » Why am I getting this when I cast a new spell? ...command error Resources not updated probably, you can add it yourself or wait a few hours and rerun the launcher. The windower guys are usually on top of updates, but most of them have jobs and SE doesn't send them the update in advance.

Do we know what teir of Dual Wield it is from Plumage?

Mortal Ray Animating Wail You remove 2 spells that are useless and have 9 set points, for a spell that does damage and is sometimes useful and is 6 set points. Win in my book. Atra. Libations formula looks like
Code floor([Blue Magic Skill] * .11)*9 Pixie Hairpin +1 and Archon Ring work in enhancing it. Aw I liked messing around with Mortal Ray when bored lol
Any confirmation on whether or not this bumps us up to DW4 or if this new spell is just a replacement? Just got home and updating the client or else I'd check myself and I'm too anxious to wait.

Doing the math afterwards using the formula here, it does indeed appear to grant us DW4.
25% DW (DWIII) & 180 delay per hand: 17+(180×489÷2000) = 61(floored) 30% DW (DWIV)& 168 delay per hand: 32+((168-12)×11÷64) = 58(floored) Which follow the results from the short test. |
