The Vendor NPC locations seem to be wrong. NPC are being listed in the wrong location. Sounds like someone changed the locations table and didn't update the NPC locations correctly.

For example: Chomo Jinjahl and Kopopo are not located in Ve'Lugannon Palace and Melloa doesn't sell Baked Popoto from the Spire of Holla:

I think the zones list just plain got mixed up.

Example, Beaugreens:
Code 
Vendor Prices
Name               Zone                       Price
Vichuel            Waughroon Shrine           90 - 110 gil
Rodellieux         Promyvion - Holla          90 - 110 gil
Sheia Pohrichamaha The Eldieme Necropolis [S] 90 - 110 gil
Chomo Jinjahl      Ve'Lugannon Palace         0 - 0 gil
Kopopo             Ve'Lugannon Palace         0 - 0 gil

So we have NPCs in BCNM zones and Promy now?

Also, if you look at the Assaults list, one of the zones is listed as "Meriphataud Mountains [S]".

I saw that last night and was like we have npc's to buy carrots from in the Spire of Holla? Or kazham peppers in Ve'Lugannon Palace!

Ima gonna have to go check that out!

Scragg is the only one that is capable of fixing those lists, as well as other problems on both the XI and XIV sites. He's been extremely busy with the baby so understandably he hasn't been able to give much time to the site. I'm sure he is aware of this issue, but lets all be patient. The site is still up and running and for things like NPC locations you can always look that up on BG, GE, or wiki.

If you really want to be nice, learn html, css, and scripting and offer Scragg some help, I suck at coding or I'd attempt to myself, not to mention I'll be in the same boat as him in a few weeks.
