If someone honestly belives porn is real there is more contributing to that then just them watching too much porn. They would likely have the same feelings even if they spent their life with out a computer or access to printed format.

Adults should be able to get whatever sex toy they want and use it on themselves or others in a consensual environment... This implies that someone with a bunch of those dolls is going to get bored with them and go out and start raping women, right? The issue here is the dolls turn him into a rapist or if he already has the potential to be a rapist. Rape doesn't just involve sex. It also involves violence. Would someone getting bored with these dolls be enough to trigger this type of violence? This feels kind of like the "violent video games cause school shootings" argument.

I don't know about the first scenario, but there's also the other scenario (someone with a bunch of dolls who already had the potential to become a rapist). If buying and using those dolls kept someone like that off the street, at least for a while, then that seems like a positive thing. Of course, then the question is "would a potential rapist even buy these dolls?"

I don't know enough about human psychology to answer either of these, but maybe someone else might have a better idea.

Maybe I'm just lucky but I've found adults have lesser views on woman on average then the "Youngsers" I know. I'm sorry you've had bad experiences but the whole world isn't like that.

What about world news? Human trafficking and women being beaten, raped or beheaded? These are economic and cultural issues before an issue involving what porn can do to youngsters.

Sexual repression based on cultural values leads to a closed culture where women and men do despicable things in order to express desires that are built in to human nature on the same level as breathing or eating.

Human trafficking is a combination of wealth deprivation combined with misogynistic culture that view women as tools to be traded and used. You could call porn misogynistic if you wanted but frankly there is plenty of content out there for women to consume.

Being a good parent does not mean you have to spy 24/7 your child or check his stuff every mornings/evening, & when they grow as teenagers its even more difficult to check everything so, because somes of them become distant with their parents, which can be normal since they grow up, you've been passing there, I have, the other idiotic pizzaboy did i assume, we kind of act as rebel a little because we want to feel recognised for our age etc.

After somes childs can act like angels at homes & be the worses *** in college, how will you know ? you're not behind them when they are in classe or outsides with friends. It does not mean that you're a bad parent.

They can say "ohh i'm going to this friend place to sleep" & then the same night they are escorted back by the police to your place because they were in a nightclub at 16 years old.

Its a question of education in the end, but sometimes you do your best for them & sadly they will want to look cool toward the others because they thinks the others are cool, they will want to feel approved as well, & sometimes thoses others cool guys/girls, to look cool they are like "ohh i've been *** for the 1st time yesterday & i'm 12 years old! i'm an adult now" or they smoke weed etc. How will you know about that?

Soooo... Children are easily influenced into thinking that a doll replaces a g/f... but they're actually smart? I would think if you tell me that they are smart that they can make the best decision for themselves?

Being a good parent has nothing to do with hovering. What I'm saying is that you have pretty much failed as a parent if you were not able to teach them to distinguish between what is reality and what is virtual. This only requires you to sit down and explain this to them... or to show them about interaction with other people... It has nothing to do with watching their every move.

Parents ultimately can not control who their children. We are who we are and yes someone can act innocent and still be a total hell raiser lol... What parents are supposed to do is help their children to develop the basic tools to become a productive member of society or at least to survive it... Distinguishing reality form what is not is one of those tools.

I'll be honest I didn't watch the video and idk what the guy did but if he went out into public with a sex doll lol... Superior and cheaper insuarance: Boring adevertising that no one sits around to watch and does a poor job advertising for themselves. Many people are not aware of this product, even though it is superior, so therefore the do not get it.

Inferior and more expensive insurance: Exciting add and does a great job advertising their product making a much larger group of people aware of their product as well as making it look like a good deal. More people buy this product even though it is inferior.

Not to say that it always has to be sexual as many people have launched successful marketing campaigns without it. But it's an eye catcher and some people stick around longer to watch when they see it. Marketing plays an important role in selling a product.. why do you think companies spend millions on it?
