Relic Points need time to update?
I think it takes time to pick it up and add them all, ever since the whole "lets hack guildwork client and display all relics mythics and empyreans and all crafts to 100" bug thing.
Not seeing a Gw symbol on your page. Check here and make sure you have your nickname input correctly. There should be a symbol like this if so:

Sometimes I read posts and don't really register what I'm reading, lol - sorry. ; ;
Anyway, I didn't think you actually have to do that for achievement updates to go through, I thought it's only for a clickable icon that will take you to that person's GW page? I know of people who's registered on GW but don't have that icon by their avatar/on their profile page and they still seem to go up on rank list. Then again, I might quite possibly be wrong.

Anyway I helped two other people with this problem in the RQT and that was the only way to fix it. May have just been an odd correlation though.

Might have something to do with your profile being private. Keep getting "Psy's profile may only be viewed by friends." when I check it. (not 100% sure on this though we'll see) :x

Hmmm.... looking at your ffxiah profile equipment history, your Aegis seems to have been picked up by regular updating through the linkshell community site and not GW (looking at the icon to the right). It's possible you've already been bumped up the rank list accordingly, before GW scanned it. Although I thought the linkshell community site only recognize 75 relics and nothing higher, then again I have a vague feeling I read somewhere here that it had been partially fixed... Bleh, not sure, just a thought.
Yeah, it is showing you aegis on the achievement page, so you already have it counted.
My points haven't updated in awhile. I think it's everyone and not just you. My linkshell that I made isn't getting any of my points either, so I'm assuming the whole system is backed up at the moment.
Is this going to be addressed? Can confirm points are not updating with new additions etc.

I don't quite understand what you're saying. Anywho, it doesn't normally take more than 10 minutes after updated GW to "proc".
Points are not updating for anything at the moment for some of us. My points have not moved in a week or two. (yes posting in every one of these until it is fixed.)
I just finished Aegis(75) and have had it equipped for a couple days now.. It's now showing in my gear I had on but not in the relics sections. I made sure my stuff is viewable by everyone as well. I even unlinked my ls and relinked it because my ls wasnt even showing up.... Any help would be appreciated.

Got mandau and still at pos 140 as before.
i ddin really check if the pts changed, but unless its less than 500 pts for a relic i believe it should have move me some places up.
