CoP 7-4 'Calm Before The Storm' Problem

I'm trying to get CoP 7-4 Calm before the storm done for a friend of mine, but we're unable to pop the Carpenter's Landing Tonberry. We've exhausted pretty much all options:

Going back to the other 2 ???s and reclicking, clearing the area, logging off and on, waiting game days, playing in full screen mode.

Has anyone had this problem before, and if anyone has can anyone help?

one of my LS mates was having same problem, GM said there was nothing they could do.

If my memory serves me correctly, I believe there is more than one ??? in that area. Make sure it is the correct one if so.

And my memory has proven time and time again to be wrong, and it has been many years since I did those missions. Retrace your steps for that section of the mission. If you were able to pop the other two places, there shouldn't be a reason you can't get this one if you have the correct ??? Good luck!
