4 seems a little generous... honestly the last movie I saw that I thought was worth the time/money came out a couple years ago and I don't think hollywood was even involved since it was chinese (no english dub).

I do always love these types of things. I'm going to sign the petition, but part of me thinks it all doesn't matter.

I mean if the government wants to get dirt on you via the internet, you think your ISP is not going to hand over the information they are after? Pretty sure they already are doing the things this bill will give them permission to do, so it's business as usual anyway.
