Good luck. I was in a group that was doing it with a somewhat manageable setup and we were actually winning the second time around when this JP SAM ran up behind the *** NM and decided to pull hate and it spike flailed us all. Wiped within seconds.

Speak to Hildegard in Kazham at (F-9) to gain access to the Elshimo series of Voidwatch battles. This will flag the quest VW Op. #054: Elshimo List.
Which I did afterwards and also the Rabao npc. So Im 5/6 now on Tier 1. I honestly thought I was good to go when I left Norg the first time.

We failed on this stupid nm way too many times actually. Mostly due to people not able to tell an *** from a face and hitting it from behind despite repeatedly telling them not to, causing spike flail spamming and wipes after wipes.
Good luck with randomers on this, I know me and my ls will never repeat this mob again lol.

Guhhhhh. We went with a PUG. I was screaming "STAND ON THE FEET, NOT THE TAIL" the whole damn time.
I absolutely hate this sob! I love the fact you cant cast spells over a 2" crack in the ground because you cant see him...ugh
Yeah, I was so happy to be able to go and I was able to pop so thought I was good to go. I was really bumbed afterwards but live and learn.
Nevermind. Checked my iPhone late last night and I saw a shout for Tier 1. Jumped up and logged in. We beat Ildebrann first try, no deaths. Thanks Ah.com/shouts!

Yeah I saw Reptar in Dynamis last night and he or she let me know. That's 12pm cst for me. I Dj at a bar Saturday night so hopefully I can wake up in time and make it. :-p
did this fight 3 times with a PUG, wiped all 3 times.

Just did it, everyone was WSing from all angles. No spike flail. Kept killing its pets and it mostly used magic. Was so easy. We were lucky lol...
