Equilibrium - Bismarck - Looking For Members

Hello,

Our linkshell on Bismarck is currently looking to recruit a few more people. Our linkshell is event based in nature and the majority of events consist of Voidwatch, Abyssea weapon farming, Arch Dynamis Lord, and occasional Pandemomium Warden fights. We are looking to add a few more members for upcoming Legion event. At the moment we aren't looking for any particular jobs although, people who have a bit of flexibility are best, as it helps not force others onto the same job all the time

Equilibrium was a very old linkshell on Seraph and has had the same leadership for years. In early 2010 Seraph got merged into Bismarck.

We try to run the linkshell to be as fair as possible, and maintain a friendly environment that is laid back yet still focus's on accomplishing members wishes/goals within FFXI. We have always strived to be different than other linkshells by focusing on what we feel is right rather than the status quo that alot of other linkshells seem to follow.

What were looking for:

- Essentially were looking for members that are team member orientated and mature/responsible in nature. We want people that will help achieve each others goals and continue to work on accomplishing each others goals.

- Ideally it would be nice to find people that actually enjoy playing the game. I think this is one thing that people don't focus enough on. Typically people who enjoy playing FF will turn out to be the better members because they're logging on because they enjoy FF and enjoy helping others not because they feel like they have to or because they're bored.

- People that are friendly to each other and are laid back but still try their best to play their jobs well and grow as a player. Getting items is great and we all want to progress our characters, but whats the point if you don't enjoy being in others presence's ?

- We would like people to make a good amount of the events. We are not stringent on attendance, we don't expect people to have no lives or play the game every day but the more active you are in the linkshell the more you will feel apart of the linkshell and the more you will get out of it.

- We expect that people can play their jobs well. We don't expect people to be perfect but we expect people to try and to put a good amount of effort forth when they play their jobs and take pride in their jobs/character.

Our schedule:

Our current schedule generally consists of events 8-11pm EST Tuesday-Friday. Saturday - Monday are typically free days, however people are generally still doing things in game, but nothing is officially scheduled.

Overall were always looking to give people a chance to see how well they fit into our linkshell. Not everyone fits into Equilibrium well, but we're usually willing to give people a chance to see if they do (provided people think the application is ok). We welcome veteran players and newer players alike.

A big part of being in a endgame ls is finding a endgame ls that fits yourself. There are a lot of people who fit into some shells well, and others not so much. For our linkshell we are really looking for people who are team members and willing to do whats best for the linkshell. We are looking for people who enjoy helping each other and enjoy seeing people get items they want. We want people to be active in the events we do when they are online so they fit into the shell. We want people to get along with each other and be friends with each other, because the more friends you have and the more you enjoy the linkshell the better the experience of being in Equilibrium will be for you.
