Every shout ive ever seen/done has been mages, BLMs generate actual zero enmity. It's not an issue at all. Just make sure whm stays up on paralyna.

Hi.

While doing my flaming crushes on ambuscade meeble D, i saw my dmg variating from 17k to 99k. So wondering what could the reason, if its my accuracy (either magical or physical) or is it the same effect of resistance increase that happens when bursting at same time.

Seems to be Guard, more than anything else. Avatars have bad pathing... you have to try extra hard to position them well.

After inviting someone with a Gold World Pass and talking to the pass NPC with them in party, I thought you were supposed to get a Guide Beret and copper vouchers right off the bat. I didn't get anything, and was told I'd have to wait 40 days for my first item.

if you continue through the zone until you hit the Yagudo time extension, remain on the same level and continue to the north, there will be several WAR/PLD mobs to kill, mixed in with some SAM and DRK.

BLU stun spam apparently works for lowman. So I suppose polearm jobs spamming leg sweep may work too, although I need verification on that. Alternatively PLD can also solo it and theres a youtube video somewhere with pld solo too.

If you have SMN it also die really fast with AC.

COR and RNG can both solo with trusts but since hate is terrible and annoying it's not as fast as melee.

I only see 2 PLD and 1 RDM. Can some of the mobs respawn as other classes? I am feeling like some can and some cannot from my experience so far.

Pretty sure their spawns are set. If it’s the pond I’m thinking of, then there should definitely be some PLDs and RDMs in the area surrounding it and the tower. (I’ve had to do a LOT of Goublefaupe -_-) Try running a bit to the north as well, as I think there may be some mixed in along the ridge.

2 pld 2 rdm (with 2 drgs) right at the tower

rdm 2 war (+blm mnk drg) off to the east

2 wars (and I think a rdm south by the ramp)

Camp 1 - (H-9) recommended by Eiryl



the area surrounding this pond and tower and to the north house the mobs he referenced.

Camp 2 - (H-10) recommended by me



mobs are more spread out, but still plenty to be found allowing you to try and get the pop from.

you might need to wander around 50-100 yalms, but these are probably the two best locations for farming Goublefaupe pops I know of.

quick question on mythic stuff.
do i need to have floor 100 of NI cleared or can i just get the weapon and spam the 95-100~ floors for tokens?

You have to clear from floor 1 to 100 to be able to flag the mythic quest. If you have not cleared from 1-100, you will not be able to trade your base weapon to start turning in items.

You have to do 1-100 to get the key to make the mythic (if you already have the key why are you asking lol)

But you can make the mythic ws w/o clearing 100

The disk is what lets you start recording clears, the key is what you get when you complete 1-100

You need the key

For a while I was doing KC bcs, it's decent gil for the effort you put in.

like 50k per go if no kc, but that ***got old real fast, now I don't bother at all

Royal jelly and UO would still be worth doing the scrolls sell well (on asura)

I used to solo a long time ago on rdm/blm. But that was before waypoints so each run was like 30+ minute each because all the running

Solo rdm/sch or sch/rdm helices make it go a little faster

Sometimes I would take a 2box on smn or bst if I was being extra lazy

The droprate is horsecock though, it's why I quit wasting my time on it. Sure, 100 runs @ 50k each is still 5m... but yeah.
