I think you need to revisit your fundamental understanding of the job in general before asking about its role in a specific fight, which is beyond the scope of a random question thread.
Can you point me in the right direction? The Bubble Trouble guide here on the forums explains all of the JAs/magic but doesn't really explain play style.
I would recommend asking general "how do I [insert job here]" within the respective job forum provided you can't get the answer from a sticky or from wiki/googling around. If you have to ask follow-up questions, it's better for them to be centralized within a guide thread or their own thread.
That said, if I am to assume you didn't make a typo, some general tips:
*GEO spells of the same type do not stack on top of each other (example: you can't do Indi-Fury+Entrust Indi Fury or Geo-Fury and expect double the attack buff)
*The default geo-spell for a melee party is Frailty. There are multiple reasons for this, but the main one is that, point for point, reducing enemy defense (or MDB) is more potent than increasing ally attack (or MAB). Given that Ambuscade is a short event where you can easily reset JA timers outside, you can always have Blaze of Glory ready.
*Ecliptic vs Lasting mostly depends on how long the fight is lasting, and how good your pet: regen set is. You don't want a blazed frailty to despawn with the battle still not complete if you could have otherwise kept it up longer with Lasting. Likewise, if Ecliptic+Blaze could have otherwise lasted the whole time and even expedited it further then that is what should be used.
*If you need to switch a spell for additional accuracy, it should generally be Indi-Fury--->Indi-Precision first.
*You may need to use Entrust Indi-Haste if you're using DDs that require it (i.e. things that aren't BLU) if you don't have a bard. If the fight is, for whatever reason, too long for an entrusted Indi-haste, then use that on yourself and Entrust the Indi-Fury/Precision.
*Make sure you're casting Dia II if no one else is. Distract isn't a bad idea either if you can land it. Cast haste on the DDs that need it. Use /WHM and help with -nas if someone else isn't quickly removing status ailments.
