For the RoE Quests for city missions, can I switch Nations, and complete Sandy and Windy, and switch back to Bastok for 30% CP bonus, or is it only 10% for the city I'm currently allied with?
Anyone knows proc rate of Demersal's oat?

it all stacks up together. I spent the day doing bastok missions from rank 1 to 10 just to get that bonus since that was the only thing I was missing. So yeah go ahead and get those done to get the bonus. Every bonus counts :D

I think Demersal's also is that too... But I am unsure about it. (I don't even recall anyone ever testing it out.)

Can you skip the optional missions and still get the bonus, or do you have to do every single one?
pretty sure i didn't complete 3-2 in Bastok and still got all the way to the last mission on the RoE objectives for that 10% :o
I am having a tough time to get the Atomos/Caith Sith quest to work, been trying everything to obtain " Butterfly-shaped key" and yes I do have the missions complete.
Anybody got a detailed guide for the new quests added in the august patch?

After you beat Cait Sith you should be able to zone out, zone back in, get the butterfly shaped key from the Ornate door and do the Atomos fight.

Has anyone taken note of Iroha's moves? That's what I am interested in anyway, I remember her attacks more or less but she also had some sort of buff move where she floats and gets all glowy. Unfortunately I forgot to turn off filters before the battle so I completely missed everything.
I would greatly appreciate if someone has any info, thanks.

For some reason I do not get the CS for "Shadows of the Departed" after killing Bahamut in the previous quest thus not able to get the "Note written by Esha'ntarl (key item)". Anyone know what I am missing? I checked both BG-wiki.com and ffxiwiki and found nothing.
When you tried to get the CS for "Shadows of the Departed", had you just finished the previous quest? I'm pretty sure there's a slight waiting period between each quest.
Wikia says it's one game day now, although when I did it, I believe it was a JPM wait.

I don't remember any of the move names but, if all else fails, I'm sure she'll come out as a Trust at a later point.

Amatsu: Fuga -I couldn't see what it does. This is the one where she floats.

What are the new items you get from Curio Vendor Moogle from the new RoV2 KI (specifically from the Emerald and Mauve Rhapsody)

Don't they base everything either off Japanese time or PDT? It just hit midnight 08/08 here in PDT land and I'm making the reply as it does.
