Yea, I am actually enjoying it. I tried wow for a few months and the questing and all seem similar. I do miss our quest cutscenes that 11 has lol
is it as censored as the media made it out to be compared to the KR version?
There's still a LOT of skin. Like, a lot. Metal bikinis. So if it's super censored compared to Korea, then I want to see what Korea has. Even the male characters are kinda bare (Castanics anyway).

So far the only censor I've seen was on the Elin.

I preordered, so definitely playing it when it comes out and have been off and on during CB2 or whatever they're calling this one lol. I have an Elin character.
Don't know if I'll play it when it comes out due to the subscription fee, but for now I'm having a lot of fun on the beta with my Elin zerker!

The amount of similarities with Aion is quite disappointing. In fact, I'd go further and say it's really just Aion 2.0

Neverminding the fact that the bust size is a given thing and can NOT be changed! Reason why i chose an elf is the possibilities in changing the face

Only discussions i've seen so far are about elins/elin censorship and how everyone who plays them is a pedobear. Even worse in-game.
Can't wait that this game needs an abo to play, it'll wipe out most of the idiots that can play for free right now.

pore-ordered it, I played some in an Korean open beta and got a taste for it. Been disappointed with any other mmo since then, the combat system mixed with the graphics are amazing, there is just nothing like it atm.

Hmmm I was hoping Tera would break the mold in that respect, every new mmo is hailed as 'fresh' and 'original' but this one has been hyped even more than usual so I will be dissapointed if it's just another WoW style mmo.
calling Tera an Aion/wow clone really feels wrong.
I played Aion, and surely, this game doesnt feel like it, only thing I can see similarities in, is the color tones of the world, and maybe, the the designs of the armors look similar?
if Id have to call an MMO that Tera resembles, I'd have to say Fantasy Earth Zero

Awww I'm sorry to hear that your *** are small. But it's OK, a lot of people like small nice ones. So you don't have to be all butt hurt over people looking at the ridiculous boobs in this game.
Boobies are awesome. I'm OK with a video game embracing this. And you should be too.

the battle system alone makes it pretty original, i dont know any other mmo that has one like it. its pretty fun too, you actually have to pay attention and aim with your hits, and for ranged classes plan what distances to use what

well i did say it was from my knowledge =/
I've seen a lot of people say that TERA is "generic" and "a WoW clone". The closest thing it gets to any other MMO I've played is the quest structure (which WoW made a carbon copy of from elsewhere). Everything else feels fresh, the combat system is a far cry from any other MMO I've played.
So does Guild Wars 2, however, and that doesn't come with a $15 per month fee that would have me spending $45 a month on MMOs.
