FFXI Config "camera Control"

in ffxi config for a xbox360 controller gamepad, does anyone know what the button number is for the camera angle control? the right joystick doesnt seem to do anything and i cant figure out the number to assign it to so it will function properly..if anyone has done this before a little help would be nice :) thx

no it works fine lol i was just playing mw2 with it, its a setting and idk how to fix it :( the ffxi config has the triggers set to pan left and right but i need the right joystick to do that aswell as up and down

Because the right stick is a pair of analog axis you need to do this:

(assuming that FFXI pad configurations is already open)
At "Directional Control Devices" press the "Camera" button.
Hold the analog axis you want to control the camera up motion and press the button 1 on the controller. In the specific case of the XBOX360 controller, the "A" button happens to be the button 1.

Follow the on screen instructions until the camera is set up the way you want. Use the test button to check if the controller works as you intended.
