Actually you have, posting a image of an underage girl is considered pedophilia and especially if there pics etc. of young girls on your home pc/laptop/flash drives, etc.

A neighbor lived next to this guy who was a single dad of a lil girl and boy, she thought something was wierd and she had looked from her house and saw in the bathroom the little girl in the bathtub and her father also naked int he tub with her. she took a pic, went to the police to report and they told her to get rid of the pic or they would charge her for child pornography etc. They did get the guy. So having a pic, image of underage girls is against the law and is considered child porn.

Yeah.. Except the definition of 'pornography' is pretty loosely defined and open to interpretation by the Judge in most cases. So, to one it's nude top/bottom and to another it's panties/lingerie/etc.

Maybe it's because I go to high school with a ton of Asian ladies so far, but she doesn't look at all like she'd be illegal. She could pass as 17. When they're 12 or younger, you know they're 12 or under.

Then again, maybe it's because I think it may be legal for me since I'm at most 14 months older than her >_> what's her name, Lu?
