You'll never OD on nicotine with smoking... I'm sure you could OD on anything if you concentrated it and put it directly into your blood. It's mostly just a mild stimulant. Probably OD on caffiene easier.

Holland has weed shops all over Amsterdam, you can light up any way you want, or eat hash brownies. They also allow you to carry a certain amount on your person, and if you're caught with more than that... you're ***!

I don't see how you can OD on nicotine from smoking, before my father passed he was smoking a cigarette about every few minutes, he died from something that had nothing to do with cigarettes.

yeah but in asia they ENFORCE the laws better. you know how many dirty cops there are? a lot. you could argue that we need to be stricter about drug related crimes but think about this...we are putting all of these people together in the same place so they can make contacts with other people and form gangs and clicks for when they get out. they all get out. our prisons are filled up so much we should just start killing everyone that is gonna be there more than a certain number of years.
