I never said anything about not catching them, nor making them serve some kind of time, killing them however, going too far. No one wants "bad" people running around like that. Also, the way most states carry out the death sentence is very humane and they don't feel a thing. I don't know that I really 'agree' with that... I'm into a bit of torture, should they deserve it...
Would be fitting to have what they did to deserve the crime be done to them before they die, if the crime wasn't murder. Or, to kill them in the way they killed their victim(s).

Thats why we have the whole innocent until proven guilty thing going on. And if were still wrong whoops. Can't make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.

We all know our Justice System is infallible and doesn't make mistakes. There could never be anyone wrongly accused and convicted of a crime horrible enough to warrant the death penalty...

If someone is wrongly accused and sentenced to death, then they're still ***. The Justice System isn't 100%, and that poor *** was just a glitch in the Matrix.
Yeah, I am as heartless as I sound, I don't believe in second chances for murderers, rapists, or high level drug dealers.

I beleive there are extenuating circumstances that should be considered with abortion however I just don't want a kid is not one of them.

I'm pro-choice and anti-Government appropriations. I'm all for taxes.... But, the Government generally doesn't use that money wisely because 95% of the elected officials have no idea what low/middle class is like.

what about the right to bear arms? I'm pro-choice, but that doesn't mean I condone or approve of it. I just believe everyone should have the right to make their own decisions. It's on their conscious, not mine. And I love weapons. I can't wait until I can afford the money to blow on a rifle and pistol.
