No AC lame!!! I'm in friggin Washington and use my AC all the time.
Being in a class of 100+ students in a small room, A/C don't mean ***with all them mouth breathers, especially the lumpy kids with bad breath... ick!

slim ninja edit: I'd always had a pack of tic-tacs in my pocket, took two before each class so my breath was always fresh.
Problem was, having 4 classes in the same small room in the same building was murder.
