It is a kupower. It's "ease of transit" or something. And I have op's tele's and such to get there quickly. But I like the quickening for when I don't want to use a choco whistle charge or for in-town.

As far as I'm concerned, I'm done with SMN, gear and meritwise.
YY robe is for e-peen only imo. +1 Refresh with Carby out is nice, but I can get that with Sanction/Sigil anyway. You would just counter with +2 Refresh and/or +1 Refresh all the time, but still, I find it no point in getting a YY Robe when my SMN Doublet does the job better for me 90% of the time.
