You could do taht to just about anything... also dont think I saw flour in there which is pretty common in gravies... anyways I'm betting thats alot of what you don't like about gravy in the first place

Yes and italian gravy looks like it doesnt need it unlike most gravies where it is generally the only thing making it thick lol
