According to supposed "sources" on this rewind video they are saying blonde chick is actually Sherry Birkin and bald merc guys is possibly related to a character from the series (Weskers son?)
The whole mutating monster thing plus the purple logo does kinda fit with the G-virus so I guess Sherry would make sense.

This looks severely bad *** as a major RE fan. The system looks awesome how they added other survivors running around (and media) + the zombies. Looks like it will make the RE series more life like.

Maybe the story runs deeper than I thought it did.

I think Ashley was in there too at one point. President was mentioned and all in one of the trailers.
I worked at a FuncoLand (predecessor to GameStop) 15 years ago before joining the Navy. I actually got into an argument and was threatened to get fired because I told my boss Resident Evil was crap. Needless to say he was a huge fan...
That opinion holds true today. I hate the the entire series. And yes, I have played them all. I played each one as they came out in the hopes that they would add or change something to make me see what everyone else sees. Sadly, they never did... I just think the whole series is overhyped and overrated. The premise never stuck on me and the changes they gradually made of the the course of the series did nothing to reinvigorate it in my eyes.
RE4 was the death knell for me. Even not liking the whole series as it was, taking the zombies out was just wrong.

I honestly thought it was Ashely at first, much happier with it being Sherry. I just don't see Ashley being solid enough to throw back into the loop. She annoyed me. :3

this game seems to be on a larger scale... I hope it's RE4 Length (10-14 hours) and not RE5 length (6-8 Hours)
I am looking forward to this but i want to see the gameplay... i mean i couldnt stand 5s aiming system... i hope its more raccoon city aiming.
I've actually been playing the hell out of RE5 lately, trying to S-Rank every character on all the Mercenary missions. I loved RE5, I just hope RE6 is longer. Seemed pretty short and too linear.
