Probably this as well. Slight chance I feel motivated enough to try and get the limit break done today. Final exam at the college in couple hours + D&D in the evening though makes it hard to get time in for ffxi today. But the shout wars are amusing to watch every now and again <_<
This will be really rushed it is the level increase seeing as we got level 95 in september and it was last december when we got level 90. This update is probably for the new chat log, macros, GoV and christmas event. Like someone pointed out before most the level 99 content isnt even on the test server yet. We wont know till they release the update info in about 2 hours.

While the level cap increase to 99 may be the most widely discussed implementation, that's not the only thing happening in Vana'diel! New job abilities and spells will of course accompany the increase, but players can also look forward to the third chapter of Voidwatch, new walks in the Walk of Echoes, and improvements to the game's interface.

Get 99 cap > check out gear and ***and relic 99 trials > level emp/relic jobs to 99 > camp tiamat ;D (when window opens)
what is the lvl cap increase quest? I remember reading soemthing about it, but i cant seem to find it now.
I'll be browsing the forums to find out what the LB quest is all about, then some time tomorrow i'll probably log in and try to find a group to do said quest with.

I imagine the relic upgrades will mean more people in Dynamis. However, whether that is included in todays is a different matter.
